Jika seronok sangat menyenaraikan kekuatan dan kelebihan diri sendiri sehingga tidak relevan dengan jawatan yang dipohon, ia boleh membuatkan majikan anda akan memotong percakapan anda kerana majikan bosan dengan jawapan yang tidak berkaitan.
Soalan ini nampak biasa sahaja tetapi mempunyai kesan sama ada baik atau tidak pada pandangan majikan dengan jawapan yang diberikan.

Setiap soalan yang diajukan pastinya mempunyai sebab-sebab yang tertentu seperti :
- Kekuatan anda sesuai dengan keperluan syarikat.

Untuk menceritakan tentang kekuatan anda, pertimbangkan untuk memasukkan :
- Pengalaman : Berpengalaman dengan perisian atau jenis tugas tertentu, kepakaran dalam industri tertentu, rekod prestasi bekerja dan yang berkaitan.
- Bakat : Mempunyai bakat seperti penulisan proposal, menjadi pengacara, menulis draf kes pengadilan dan menterjemahkan bahasa Mandarin.
- Kemahiran Soft Skill : Antara kemahiran soft skill anda ialah, menyelesaikan masalah, berpengaruh, membina pasukan, berunding, mengurus dan berkaitan.
- Pendidikan / latihan : Latar belakang yang relevan dengan pekerjaan seperti ijazah, sijil,pelbagai kursus, dan latihan kemahiran yang berkaitan.
